6. Shipping and Local Pickup
We ship within the United States. Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Local pickup is available at our Brevard shop and at the Transylvania Farmers Market. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers.
7. Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of our handcrafted products, all sales are final unless the product arrives damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of receipt at Howdy@greengocleaningco.com and we will make it right.
8. Cleaning Services
Cleaning service bookings are subject to our separate client agreement. We require 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a $50 fee. Green Go is not liable for pre-existing damage to property.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, product descriptions, and photography — is the property of Green Go Cleaning Co. and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
