We ship anywhere in the United States. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way. Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary, we are not responsible for carrier delays.

LOCAL PICKUP

Local pickup is always free. Select "local pickup" at checkout to skip the shipping fee. Pick up your order at our shop at 145 King Street, Suite B, Brevard, NC 28712, or find us at the Transylvania Farmers Market- check Instagram @green.go.cleaning.co for our current market schedule. We will notify you when your order is ready.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Because our products are handcrafted in small batches, all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will make it right.

BOTTLE RETURNS & REFILLS

We love getting our bottles back. Drop any empty Green Go bottles in our bin outside the shop at 145 King Street, Suite B, Brevard, NC — we'll clean and reuse them. You can also bring your empties to the Transylvania Farmers Market for a refill, or order bulk online and receive your refill in a cleaned, recycled container.
